**Job description**:

- Thực hiện các công việc vận hành khai thác bao gồm: Cài đặt, cấu hình, giám sát, xử lý sự cố và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hạ tầng mạng, máy chủ và hệ thống tổng đài Core VoIP.
- Chịu trách nhiệm chính: Tổng đài Core VoIP, hệ thống chuyển mạch, định tuyến, kênh truyền kết nối nội bộ và diện rộng, hệ thống VPN, hệ thống tường lửa, Proxy và thiết bị mạng khác.
- Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật dịch vụ cho khách hàng doanh nghiệp sử dụng các dịch vụ của công ty..
- Tương tác hệ thống với các Telcos (Nhà mạng viễn thông) trong nước và quốc tế.
- Quản lý tài nguyên mạng, máy chủ, hạ tầng ảo hoá và hệ thống tổng đài VoIP.
- Nghiên cứu, test thử nghiệm các giải pháp, dịch vụ và ứng dụng mới cho dịch vụ VoIP hoặc System. Tham gia triển khai các hạ tầng CNTT theo yêu cầu của công ty.
- Hỗ trợ Kinh doanh/Cung ứng trong việc xây dựng các giải pháp và sản phẩm liên quan tới VoIP và Network System.
- Đề xuất cho Ban Giám đốc những phương án và giải pháp phù hợp với dự án Kinh doanh.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Giám Đốc.

**_ Yêu cầu bắt buộc:_**
- _ Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương từ 6 tháng trở lên_

**_ Lợi thế:_**
- _ Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm vận hành hệ thống VoIP (hoặc đã từng làm việc với các tổng đài VoIP). Có kinh nghiệm quản lý tổng đài VoIP Carrier: Hệ thống Softswitch, SBC, SS7 Gateway, Voice Gateway, IP PBX. Quản trị hệ thống Linux,_
- _Ưu tiên ứng viên có các chứng chỉ về VoIP, các chứng chỉ về Network như CCNA, các chứng chỉ về System như MSCA, LPI.._
- _Có kiến thức về ngôn ngữ lập trình script như bash, python, php.. là một lợi thế._
- _Nhiệt huyết, chịu khó, khả năng tự học hỏi và yêu thích đam mê ứng dụng công nghệ mới._
- _Kỹ năng giao tiếp, tư vấn, thuyết trình tốt. Tiếng anh cơ bản. Có khả năng tìm hiểu các tài liệu kỹ thuật nước ngoài nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu công việc_
