**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: triệu VNĐ)
- Giám sát 24/7 thiết bị mạng, đường truyền, máy chủ cho khách hàng của công ty
- Phát hiện sự cố phát sinh trên hệ thống giám sát, truy tìm nguyên nhân và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý
- Cập nhật thông tin xử lý cho khách hàng theo SLA, đóng ticket sau khi xử lý xong sự cố
- Cập nhật quá trình xử lý làm lịch sử sự cố
- Vận hành hệ thống an ninh thông tin lớp network: firewall, IPS, IDS, APT, DDOS

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- **_Đãi ngộ (lương, thưởng, review lương):_**
- Lương cứng: 10 triệu - 17 triệu + thưởng KPIs cuối năm
- Ký Hợp đồng lao động, đóng bảo hiểm đầy đủ, nghỉ 12 ngày phép năm, các ngày Lễ, Tết theo quy định Nhà nước.
- Xét thưởng và xét tăng lương 2 lần/ năm.
- Cơ chế lương 3 vòng thu nhập, có thưởng KPI tháng và KPI năm. Công thức lương gói thu nhập năm (Trung bình thu nhập tháng lương/năm).
- Được tham gia các khóa huấn luyện, đào tạo nâng cao kỹ năng, nghiệp vụ của CMC cũng như các hãng công nghệ lớn như Microsoft, IBM, Google
- Bảo hiểm chăm sóc sức khỏe Aon Care (điều trị nội trú và ngoại trú) dành cho nhân viên
- Các ngày nghỉ lễ Tết theo quy định của nhà nước và có thưởng theo quy định của công ty

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp ĐH/CĐ chuyên ngành công nghệ hoặc liên quan
- Có thể làm ca kíp (Chia 3 ca/ngày)
- Có kinh nghiệm về 1 trong các mảng sau:
+ Có kinh nghiệm giám sát các hệ thống mạng, thiết bị network

+ Có kinh nghiệm giám sát hệ thống server

+ Có kinh nghiệm giám sát cơ sở dữ liệu
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dung một số công cụ giám sát: Network (PRTG, SolarWinds, Cacti,...); System (Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios,...)
- Có kinh nghiệm giám sát hệ thống ngân hang là 1 lợi thế
- Có chứng chỉ quốc tế như CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, LPIC,.. là 1 lợi thế
