We are recruiting a
Test Manager for a leading technology services firm based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

They will be required to build up automation and manual testing skills for both software development and the SQM team.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field
  • At least 7 years experience in managing endtoend functional testing for SIT / UAT in complex projects both manual testing and automation
  • Strong understanding of project management, ensure that test management is aligned with the projects objective / scope / plan to accomplish the testing on time, on budget, with quality
  • Strong experience in quality risk management with the ability to summarize / analyze test results to highlight the risk / issue and provide recommendations for mitigation, contingency, and improvement.
  • Good understanding of software testing life cycle / test processes in various SDLC methodologies
  • Good logic and experience in automated testing with the ability to drive / support implement test automation
  • Good knowledge of banking products and services would be an advantage
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Vietnamese nationality
