- Hỗ trợ trong việc đào tạo và hướng dẫn các thành viên trong đội dự án về các best practice trong quản lý dự án.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bằng cấp đại học trong ngành Quản lý Dự án, Kinh doanh, hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Chứng chỉ PMP, PRINCE2, hoặc tương đương là một lợi thế.
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực quản lý dự án hoặc một vai trò PMO, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành công nghệ thông tin.
- Hiểu biết sâu sắc về các phương pháp luận quản lý dự án, bao gồm Agile và Scrum.
- Kỹ năng tổ chức, lập kế hoạch và giải quyết vấn đề xuất sắc.
- Khả năng giao tiếp mạnh mẽ và kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt.
- Thành thạo trong việc sử dụng phần mềm quản lý dự án (ví dụ: Microsoft Project, JIRA).
