The Project Engineer ensures execution of all projects in time, budget and scope, keeping in mind legal obligations, AL standards, quality and best practices.

You will be reporting to the Project Manager. You will focus on costs, communication and lead time of specific details within the project scope.

You need to ensure the implementation of the QHSE policy at the site and supervision contractor site work in compliance with quality and safety requirement.


How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:

  • Ensure projects are executed within stipulated time, budget, and scope while upholding legal obligations, standards, quality, and best practices.
  • Collaborate on project development by contributing to technical solutions, project costing, and meticulous planning.
  • Govern projects in alignment with management systems, IMS, and local regulations.
  • Prepare procurement specs, engage in detailed design, and establish robust execution schedules.
  • Oversee and evaluate risk assessment plans, fostering proactive measures for risk reduction.
  • Interact with stakeholders, contractors, and customers, ensuring efficient communication and alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor project budget, address scope changes, and seek supplementary budget when required.
  • Uphold adherence to QA/QC standards, safety protocols, and regulatory norms, ensuring QHSE policy implementation.
  • Oversee startup, delegate tasks as needed, test pressure systems, and provide essential files for smooth handover to operations.
  • Facilitate seamless transition to maintenance teams, equipping them with equipment insights for effective maintenance plans.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, upholding accurate records and ensuring smooth project referencing.

Are you a MATCH?:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction/Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience related to project management.
  • Hold recognized project management certification, ideally certified by a Vietnam authorized organization for professional project supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering & project methodologies.
  • Technical understanding of gas physical and production processes.
  • Strong understanding of Safety procedures
