POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
(Report to:
Director of Academic Engagement)

  • Promoting the Vingroup Scholarship Programs and coordinating the marketing activities, including written and visual content for social media engagement.
  • Responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Act as the point of contact for Vingroup Scholars and Nominees, applicants and external stakeholders.
  • Keeping accurate and uptodate system records and maintaining the database
  • Monitoring the scholarship program budget and administering the scholarship disbursement and vendor payments according to guidelines.
  • Providing support to VinUniversity's external engagement duties as required.

COMPENSATIONS

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • A Bachelor's degree is required. Experience studying abroad in an Englishspeaking country is an advantage.
  • A minimum of three (03) years of work experience in an international office environment or a higher education setting in a role delivering a wide range of administrative tasks.
  • Having experience in producing social media content and supporting program marketing activities is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills using English and Vietnamese.
  • Strong analytical, planning and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the capability to work with senior leaders, university executives, and other stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability and flexibility are key assets.
  • Good computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
