Your Skills and Experience

  • Good knowledge in software development including analysis and/or design.

  • Automated Testing, User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Testing, etc
  • People management skills, project management skills, organization skills, negotiation skills, time management skills.
  • Be able to manage stakeholder's relationships and negotiate changes to commitments / requirements.
  • Strong logical and critical thinking
  • Good analytical thinking and how to determine the root cause of the issue/problem, ability to give a good estimation.
  • Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
  • Strong problem solving and prioritization skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, CSP, PSM II) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution and time management skills.
