**Giới thiệu**:
Mix Digital là một công ty hoạt động trong lĩnh vực tư vấn, lập kế hoạch và triển khai các dự án digital marketing cho doanh nghiệp, trong đó tập trung vào các dịch vụ cốt lõi bao gồm social media marketing, digital PR, creative web design analytics. Chúng tôi hướng đến hiệu quả cho các nhãn hàng trong việc thực hiện các chiến dịch truyền thông online thông qua việc xây dựng mối quan hệ tương tác bền vững giữa nhãn hàng và khách hàng mục tiêu của họ.Với đội ngũ nhân sự gồm những người trẻ, năng động, nhiệt tình và có niềm đam mê chung về digital marketing, chúng tôi chào đón những ứng viên có đủ năng lực, khao khát được phát triển bản thân đến với Mix Digital.
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng
- Tiếp nhận và làm rõ các yêu cầu từ phía khách hàng
- Phụ trách các hoạt động triển khai, phát triển Proposal
- Lập lịch, khởi tạo, quản lý thời gian và phạm vi của dự án
- Gặp gỡ, trao đổi thường xuyên với team nội bộ (content, design, v.vcũng như khách hàng để quản lý timeline dự án, ngân sách, tiến độ và sản phẩm.
- Phụ trách xây dựng và duy trì quan hệ/công việc với với các đơn vị third-party để đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt chất lượng và bàn giao đúng deadline.

**YÊU CẦU**:
**- Kinh nghiệm**: Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong các lĩnh vực dịch vụ khách hàng, truyền thông, marketing. Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong Agency là một lợi thế.
- Có kiến thức về Marketing nói chung và Digital Marketing nói riêng.
- Có năng lực quản lý nhiều dự án cùng một lúc nhưng vẫn đảm bảo sự chi tiết và cẩn thận trong từng công việc
- Kỹ năng thuyết trình, đàm phán và giao tiếp tốt, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề linh hoạt
- Có kỹ năng tổ chức và quản lý tài liệu khoa học (MS Word, Excel, PowerPointvà các hệ thống quản lý khác)
- Kỹ năng đọc hiểu Tiếng Anh tốt là một lợi thế.

**QUYỀN LỢI**:

- Lương cứng 8 - 10tr/tháng, thỏa thuận theo năng lực + thưởng dự án.

**- Thưởng theo năng lực, các trợ cấp theo quy định của công ty**: trợ cấp máy tính, trợ cấp team building, trợ cấp xe,
- Bảo hiểm xã hội, Bảo hiểm y tế theo quy định, khám sức khoẻ định kỳ hàng năm
- Xét năng lực và điều chỉnh lương theo định kỳ 6 tháng/lần
- Nghỉ ngày phép thứ 13 (ngày sinh nhật)
- Cơ hội làm việc với các khách hàng lớn, chuyên nghiệp
- Làm việc từ Thứ 2 - hết Thứ 6, nghỉ Thứ 7, Chủ nhật và các ngày lễ, Tết.
