**TÓM TẮT CÔNG VIỆC**:
1. Tham gia vào hoạch định chiến lược truyền thông, kế hoạch cải tiến và ra mắt sản phẩm mới của phòng Marketing
2. Đề xuất chiến dịch truyền thông và cách thức đo lường hiệu quả của chiến dịch truyền thông.
3. Thực thi, theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu quả của các hoạt động truyền thông trên tất cả các channel của Digital và chủ động đề xuất giải pháp để nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động
4. Thực thi, theo dõi và phối hợp với các phòng ban trong công ty và các đối tác bên ngoài nhằm đảm bảo thời gian của các dự án tung sản phẩm mới, tái tung theo kế hoạch đề ra.
5. Đề xuất nội dung sản phẩm trên bao bì của các dự án sản phẩm mới, tái tung và thực thi, theo dõi cùng các phòng ban liên quan để đảm bảo theo kế hoạch đề ra
6. Thực thi, theo dõi và báo cáo chi phí dầu tư truyền thông và báo cáo các hoạt động hoạt động truyền thông theo thời gian mà Brand Manager và công ty yêu cầu.
7. Cùng tham gia và thực thi các hoạt động chung về xây dựng thương hiệu mẹ của công ty.
8. Chủ động học hỏi, cập nhật kiến thức dinh dưỡng, tìm hiểu nhu cầu người tiêu dùng nhằm thực hiện các nội dung truyền thông sáng tạo hướng đến khách hàng mục tiêu bên trong và bên ngoài công ty.
9. Các yêu cầu khác từ Giám Đốc Marketing

**YÊU CẦU ĐỐI VỚI ỨNG VIÊN**:
1. Ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên trong truyền thông và quản trị thương hiệu. Am hiểu ngành hàng dinh dưỡng và FMCG là lợi thế.
2. Có tố chất làm Brand Manager trong tương lai 3-5 năm tới, được thể hiện qua tố chất sáng tạo và tư duy sáng tạo tốt/ xuất sắc, có khả năng kết nối tốt với con người, đam mê tìm kiếm xu hướng nhu cầu người tiêu dùng, xu hướng truyền thông, khả năng kết nối các chiến dịch truyền thông để thúc đẩy sự tăng trưởng của nhãn hàng và tổ chức/ công ty.
3. Có khả năng tư duy logic và khả năng phân tích tốt/ xuất sắc.
4. Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, thấu hiểu đối tượng mục tiêu và khả năng truyền đạt thông tin tốt/ xuất sắc.
5. Có năng lực thực thi tốt, quản lý thời gian và khả năng giải quyết vấn đề liên quan đến các hoạt động truyền thông hướng đến kết quả và mục tiêu đã được thiết lập.
6. Có tham vọng, đam mê và cởi mở để phát triển năng lực chuyên môn Marketing và phát triển kỹ năng mềm.
7. Sẵn sàng làm việc trong môi trường năng động, áp lực và khả năng quản lý nhiều dự án.
