What you will do:

  • Working closely with IT development team and thirdparties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of the solutions to requirements.
  • Compose and maintain requirement documents such as Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Specification, etc.
  • Can work independently and coordinate with the rest of your Scrum team and Stakeholders.
  • Work with engineering to showcase new functionality delivered in a sprint.
  • Support Engineering and QA during the execution of stories, including shoulder checks, review and signoff.
  • Assists the PO in managing the sprint and the product backlog.

What you should have:

  • University graduate in Information technology/ Business Analyst/Computer Science major or at least 1 year working experience in BA/PO or any other relevant fields.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate with technical and nontechnical people alike.
  • Experienced or familiar with full SDLC in a Scrum team.
  • Ability to work independently and as a contributing, collaborative team member.

  • You enjoy collaborating with others inside and outside of the engineering team.
  • You are motivated, passionate, and proud of your work.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Visio, PPT, Excel and Word Experience in Jira and Confluence (preferred but not essential).
