Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you

Interviews (the average number of interviews is - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team:
your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role.

Job description:

About the job:

  • Conduct analysis of business and user needs to understand requirements.
  • Conduct interviewing tasks with business users.
  • Work closely with IT development team and third parties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of the solutions to requirements.
  • Good knowledge of integration points of legacy system such as CRM, Disbursement System, Repayment System, Document Management System, etc is a plus.
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by Project Manager.

About you:

  • Degree in IT related fields or relevant experience.
  • 2+ year of experience in System Development and Business Analysis.
  • Strong logical and critical thinking.
  • Exposure to web services (SOAP/ REST) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of database: MSSQL, PL/SQL Oracle Query.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiar with Agile/ Scrum methodology.
  • Good command of English is a plus.
