Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you

Interviews (the average number of interviews is - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team:
your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role.

Job description:

About the job:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and user needs related to the software.
  • Develop documentation, wireframes and mockups to support the development and implementation of projects under Agile methodologies.
  • Convert the requirements/needs into technical models/terms.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders including client, users and the development team to coordinate, validate and design optimal solutions.
  • Report to and undertake other tasks assigned by Team Leader.

About you:

  • Academic background in Information Technology / Management Information Systems / other technologyrelated majors.

3-6 months of experience as an
IT Business Analyst during an Internship; or equivalent learning experience during
BA certificate/courses
:

  • Ability to communicate fluently in
    English.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience in Insurancedomain projects._
  • Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma._
