  • Investigate user problems and needs, identify their source, and determine possible solutions.
  • Provide system level 1 support for core systems such SAP, WMS, GSIS, etc., and other business
  • Advise the IT hardware and software follow the Company IT policy as well as troubleshooting within

SLA

  • Development of training materials or SOPs as well as conducting training for onboarding employees
  • Provide technical support and representation at trade shows, conferences, and similar events.
