This role will provide critical support to Head of Data Analytics & Insight in fulfilling the mission of turning PVA into a data led organization via:

- Lead and drive analytics portfolio for the assigned function(s)
- Contribute to the implementation of data analytics strategy at corporate level
- Build up analytics capability for PVA

Job Accountability /

- Successfully deliver data analytics projects using advanced techniques/ modelling (e.g: Cross-sell Improvement, Customer Churn Management, etc.)
- _ Thực hiện thành công các dự án dựa trên nền tảng phân tích dữ liệu cao cấp, xây dựng mô hình dự đoán(ví dụ: Bán chéo/ Bán mới, Quản lý khách hàng rời bỏ, etc.)_
- Play a significant part in discovering/ leveraging new/ under-leveraged/ external sources of data, centralizing database, aligning data processing rules, simplifying process/reporting system
- _ Tham gia và đóng góp vào các dự án tìm kiếm và tận dụng nguồn dữ liệu mới/chưa được tối ưu/bên ngoài, thúc đẩy mô hình tập trung hóa, thống nhất cách thức xử lý dữ liệu, đơn giản hóa quy trình/ hệ thống báo cáo_
- Coach and develop data analytics talents for the organization
- _ Hướng dẫn và đào tạo nhân tài về phân tích dữ liệu cho tổ chức_

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu

**Qualifications**:
_/ Bằng cấp_
- Degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science or related Quantitative discipline, preferably a Master
- Tốt nghiệp đai học các ngành Toán học/ Thống kê/ Khoa học máy tính hoặc các ngành Định lượng khác, ưu tiên ứng viên có bằng Thạc sỹ_

Experience/ Kinh nghiệm
- Min 3-4 years of hands-on experience in statistical modelling/ machine learning
- Ít nhất 3-4 năm kinh nghiệm thực tiễn trong phân tích dữ liệu/ xây dựng mô hình thống kê. Mô hình dự đoán/machine learning_

Knowledge and skill / Kiến thức và kỹ năng
- Knowledge of statistical and predictive modeling concepts, machine learning approaches, clustering and classification techniques/ recommendation and optimization algorithms is required
- Có kiến thức về các mô hình thống kê và dự đoán, các phương pháp machine learning, kỹ thuật/đề xuất phân cụm và phân loại và thuật toán tối ưu hóa_
- Ability to interpret data and translate them into actionable insights, communicate them to mass audience

- Being proficient in SQL, R and/or Python
- Thành thạo SQL Python hoặc/và R_
- SAS knowledge is a plus
