JOB SUMMARY:


In this impactful position with Hoan My Medical Corporation (HMC), you will work closely with fellow members of Hoan My IT and ensure the success of our smart hospital journey through resilient IT Infrastructure capabilities.


You will be hands-on and expected to get into the details of managing or performing work associated with developing, implementing, remediating, monitoring, and continuously improving IT Infrastructure Services.


As IT Infrastructure Manager, you will:

  • Manage a dedicated team of professionals to provide outstanding desktop and infrastructure support services for Hoan My and our network of hospitals and clinics.
  • Ensure Hoan My runs on resilient IT Infrastructure designed and supported to industry best practices for OS, network, firewall, systems, onprem, and cloud services.
  • Lead projects and implement to a high quality in a fastpaced environment.
  • Design, test, implement, and remediate secure infrastructure in close collaboration with HMC Cybersecurity.
  • Conduct audits, evaluations, and assessments, providing recommendations for the entire Hoan My network.
  • Contribute to documentation updates, 50P, and development of Group shared services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business As Usual (BAU) Operations:

  • Manage daytoday BAU activities related to infrastructure and desktop services.
  • Ensure highquality network, infrastructure operations, system incident troubleshooting, and remediation for all Clinics.
  • Ensure that tickets are processed within strict time frames and escalate incidents within defined timeframes.
  • Lead infrastructure and desktop projects as well as act as SME for other projects as required.
  • Identify and develop mitigation for issues or risks associated with assigned projects.
  • Manage and optimize Infrastructure and project budgets and forecasting.
  • Design, implement, and support LAN/WAN networks, wireless networks, and Infrastructure solutions to meet Hospital requirements.
  • Provide server, network switch, firewall, and router operational support and management.
  • Assist in planning, design, hardware implementation, software, network, and telephony capabilities.
  • Develop operating, installation, and upgrade procedures for systems, hardware, network, security, storage, and software.
  • Perform periodic network assessments and network/systems security audits.
  • Plan and deploy patch updates/upgrades for network devices and servers as per security recommendations.
  • Ensure uptime and operational SLA targets are met for servers and network systems.
  • Provide security remediation for all vulnerabilities as identified by Cybersecurity through Pentest, VA Scan, News, Microsoft Patch Tuesday, etc.
  • Maintain the necessary project plans and documentation of all system builds and modifications.
  • Security policy implementation and monitoring for threats Site rel ability testing.
  • Storage management, including both local storage hardware and cloud storage systems.
  • Ensure quality management of the VMware virtualization environment.
  • Be responsible for training, technical guidance, and support for IT Infrastructure Teams at Hospitals/Clinics.

Infrastructure Documentation, Governance, and Best Practices:

  • Manage, develop, implement, and review Industry-standard IT Infrastructure frameworks, policies, SOP, standards, and best practices.
  • Document current hardware and network environments, including servers, PCs, IT security and network systems, videoconferencing, and telephony.
  • Ensure that all IT services are compliant with agreed quality, performance, and customer experience standards, or have realistic plans in place to address areas requiring remediation.
  • Documenting and disseminating security guidelines for common security issues, remediation mentorship, and security technology baselines.
  • Ensure that all IT services are compliant with HMC Cybersecurity standards; or have realistic plans in place to address areas requiring remediation.
  • Work with relevant teams to establish DRP (Disaster Recovery Planning) and BCP (Business Continuity Planning) and align with business needs.

IT Vendor and Partnerships:

  • Maintain relational vendor and supplier partnerships.
  • Manage outsourced vendors that provide infrastructure functions for compliance with Hoan My policies/processes/ standards (including Cybersecurity and protection of data).
  • Oversee and contribute to product evaluations, service selections, and tender assessments in accordance with Procurement Office procedures.
