  • Sourcing materials for development.
  • Prepare and make the costing for sporty products
  • Follow up with team regarding to leftover materials and try to minimize as much as possible as well as saving cost in all activities.
  • Share all instruction from management to team and make sure team is following with company procedure as well as management instruction.
  • Check and fulfill all required reporting.
  • Resolve and work with all concerns when Receive Customer's feedback on our garments.
  • Training for new members as well as retraining for all staffs to make sure all team activities working based on SOP.
  • Provide training for more understanding Buyer's Techpack/ Garment construction knowledge as well as character of raw material"

REQUIREMENT:

  • F
    rom 8 years' experience in the Garment industry in similar position
  • Experience in highend brands with Bonding and sensitive fabric.
  • Knowledge of highend technical: Bonding / Seam sealing / 3L / Ultralightweight fabric.
  • Control all development with technical issues for sampling and testing.
  • Discuss with the buyer for technical issues and suggest solutions.
  • Good English communication
