Kim Tin sets a target by 2025 to account for 70% of the welding materials market share in the country.


Responsibilities

  • Building the necessary reports and dashboard to help HR managers and leaders monitor the human resources situation of the whole organisation in a visual and compelling way;
  • Collecting HR data from various sources (including parent company and member companies) related to human resource work: Employee information; Recruitment; Train; Salary, bonus and benefits; KPIs; etc.;
  • Connecting data from different sources to summarise and provide information on HR situation in the form of HR Dashboard quickly, completely and timely;
  • Proposing solutions to improve the efficiency of human resource managerial system based on the collected and analysed data;
  • Be the focal point in charge of setting up and managing HR information on HR Software;
  • Continuously update the latest tools, techniques and technologies to enhance HR data analysis skills.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, statistics, or a related field;
  • Experience in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR data using various tools and methods;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and present data insights in a clear and compelling way;
  • Skills in problemsolving, critical thinking, and data visualization;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis software.
