Main tasks

  • Schedule customers meeting to promote Company's products and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales team and suppliers to provide the most optimal technical solution for designs.
  • Find out customers requires of designs or technical solutions. Support the Customers to design meet them requires.
  • Support to test and evaluate the Customers products to compare with specifications from the Manufacturer.
  • Attend supplier's training courses; Implement technical instructions and technology transfer with customer's technical teams as needed.

Extra tasks

  • Coordinate with other departments to maximize jobs performance;
  • Review KPIs quarterly.

  • Actively seeking new business customers;
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, manage customer project system;
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in English;
  • Experienced 2G / 3G / 4G/ 5G modules, GSM / GPRS, GNSS is an advantage.
