  • Facilitate the Scrum process, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Remove any obstacles that may prevent the team from achieving their sprint goals.
  • Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and ceremonies, while continuously improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, encouraging open communication and feedback among team members.
  • Monitor and track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and address any conflicts or issues within the team, promoting a positive and constructive team dynamic.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and propose process improvements where necessary.

About you:

  • Academic Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems and other technical majors, or equivalent working experience in the IT industry.

total experience in the software industry, with at least
1 year playing the role of a
Scrum Master, leading Agile teams.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
  • Ability to
