**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. **About the job**:

- Facilitate the Scrum process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide and coach the development team on Agile practices and principles.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and prioritization of product backlog items.
- Remove any obstacles that may prevent the team from achieving their sprint goals.
- Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and ceremonies, while continuously improving efficiency and productivity.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, encouraging open communication and feedback among team members.
- Monitor and track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and address any conflicts or issues within the team, promoting a positive and constructive team dynamic.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and propose process improvements where necessary.

**About you**:

- Academic Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems and other technical majors, or equivalent working experience in the IT industry.
- **4 years** **total** experience in the software industry, with at least **1 year** playing the role of a **Scrum Master**, leading Agile teams.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
- Ability to **effectively communicate** with team members, stakeholders, and management at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and workshops, ensuring productive outcomes.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
- Ability to identify and resolve conflicts within the team, promoting collaboration and a positive work environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate well in English is an advantage.
