**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Responsible for implementing, managing, and enhancing Products and CVM/CRM processes performance reports / _Chịu trách nhiệm triển khai, quản lý và nâng cao hiệu suất các báo cáo trong các sản phẩm và quy trình CVM/CRM_
- Monitoring of Products sales and volume plans, financial plans and budget and tracking their performance versus budget/ _Theo dõi doanh số,sản phẩm, lập kế hoạch tài chính và theo dõi hiệu suất_
- Support Different Product and CRM/CVM teams with ad-hoc data analytics, reports and other data related activities/ _Hỗ trợ các Sản phẩm và CRM/CVM khác nhau bằng phương pháp phân tích dữ liệu đặc biệt, báo cáo và các hoạt động liên quan_
- Evaluation of different Product and CVM/CRM, Business and operational activities results / _Đánh giá sự khác nhau giữa các sản phẩm và CVM/CRM, kinh doanh và kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh_
- Cooperates with all departments across the whole company on different projects, processes and products implementation/ _Phối hợp với các phòng ban triển khai các dự án, quy trình và sản phẩm_
- Provides actionable insights based on data that translates into better business decisions by Product/Business owners/ _Cung cấp thông tin chi tiết có thể hành động dựa trên dữ liệu chuyển thành các quyết định kinh doanh tốt_
- Initiation, Development and Implementation of reports and data objects for better Product/Business performance management and monitoring/ _Phát triển và Triển khai các báo cáo và đối tượng dữ liệu để quản lý và giám sát hiệu suất Sản phẩm/Kinh doanh tốt hơn_
- Accountability for tracking performance of Products Sales, Volumes and Profitability/ _Chịu trách nhiệm về hiệu suất, khối lượng và khả năng sinh lời của các sản phẩm_
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of Customer Base Segmentation in cooperation with other teams: Identify, understand and target segments to develop the appropriate programs, products and communication strategies/ C_hịu trách nhiệm phát triển và duy trì Phân khúc khách hàng cơ bản so với các đối tượng khách hàng khác: Xác định, hiểu và nhắm mục tiêu các phân khúc để phát triển các chương trình, sản phẩm và chiến lược truyền thông phù hợp_
- Monitors and evaluates results and effectiveness metrics of the implemented actions (CBA, SWOT analysis)/ _Theo dõi và đánh giá kết quả và số liệu của các chương trình đã triển khai (CBA, phân tích SWOT)_

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
1.Bằng cấp/Degree
University graduated or above, preferably in disciplines such as IT, Math, Finance, Banking, Economic / _Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, ưu tiên các ngành như CNTT, Toán, Tài chính, Ngân hàng, Kinh tế _
- 2.Kinh nghiệm/_Experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience (manager or expert in data analytics position) in Data analytics in CRM, Products, Commercial, Sales or other Business related areas/
_- Ít nhất 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm (quản lý hoặc chuyên gia ở vị trí phân tích dữ liệu) trong Phân tích dữ liệu trong CRM, Sản phẩm, Thương mại, Bán hàng hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan đến Kinh doanh_
- Consumer finance or Banking experience with a good perspective of the consumer and products, processes, pricing, technologies, etc./ _Kinh nghiệm tài chính tiêu dùng hoặc ngân hàng với quan điểm tốt về người tiêu dùng và các sản phẩm, quy trình, giá cả, công nghệ, v.v._
- Experience with extracting and manipulating a large amount of data from different sources using SQL/
_- Có kinh nghiệm trích xuất và thao tác một lượng lớn dữ liệu từ các nguồn khác nhau bằng SQL_
- Experience in Customer Segmentation based on behavioral data/ _Kinh nghiệm về Phân khúc khách hàng dựa trên dữ liệu hành vi_
