Mô tả công việc:

- Tìm kiếm và xây dựng các mối quan hệ chưa có với các với các Nhà cung cấp (Vendor/Agency/ Coloader) về các dịch vụ vận chuyển Sea/Air/Crossboder/Inland cho công ty để có được sự hỗ trợ tốt nhất về giá và chất lượng dịch vụ theo định hướng của công ty.
- Duy trì và phát triển các mối quan hệ có sẵn với các với các Nhà cung cấp (Vendor/Agency/ Coloader) về các dịch vụ vận chuyển Sea/Air/Crossboder/Inland cho công ty để có được sự hỗ trợ tốt nhất về giá và chất lượng dịch vụ theo định hướng của công ty.
- Trao đổi & thương lượng để ký kết các hợp đồng dịch vụ liên quan.
- Tiếp nhận & xử lý thông tin nhu cầu dịch vụ từ phòng KD Từ đó tư vấn, hỗ trợ team kinh doanh xây dựng phương án giá/ tìm giải pháp phù hợp với nhu cầu KH liên quan về dịch vụ của công ty trong phạm vi chuyên môn.
- Liên hệ, trao đổi, thương lượng, đàm phán với Vendor/Carrier/ Agency để kiểm tra giá dịch vụ theo nhu cầu phòng KD. Từ đó phân tích, tìm ra giải pháp đáp ứng sát và tối đa nhu cầu của phòng kinh doanh và khách hàng.
- Tiếp nhận giá Hợp đồng/ giá Tariff của công ty, xử lý và nhập liệu giá theo tổ chức của phòng ban
- Cập nhật thông tin tình hình thị trường liên quan: đối thủ cạnh tranh/nhà cung cấp/ tuyến khuyến mãi của Vendor/ Carrier/ Agency về các điều kiện để được giá tốt cho team KD; Cập nhật sự thay đổi của Hãng tàu về luồng/ tuyến/ dịch vụ mới/ các loại hình giá, Hợp đồng của Hãng tàu.
- Chủ động thương lượng để tối đa lợi nhuận cho công ty: khi giá khi thị trường có sự thay đổi/ lô hàng đã win có profit thấp/ lô hàng win.
- Giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan tăng/giảm giá so với chi phí đầu vào được cung cấp bởi nhà cung cấp mà bộ phận giá đã bàn giao cho các phòng ban liên quan.
- Kết hợp mối quan hệ với Nhà cung cấp (người làm việc giá) hỗ trợ xử lý/ đề xuất các phương án hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh có liên quan trong quá trình làm hàng.
- Phối hợp, hỗ trợ, xử lý các vần đề phát sinh chi phí liên quan đến các bộ phận/phòng ban khác trong nội bộ.
- Báo cáo các công việc theo yêu cầu của quản lý trực tiếp
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo từ Cấp quản lý trực tiếp.

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/ Cao Đẳng các ngành Kinh tế, Ngoại thương, Thương mại, Hàng hải, Marketing, Giao thông vận tải, Quản trị kinh doanh, kinh tế quốc tế.
- Kinh nghiệm 1 năm ở vị trí tương đường, chưa có kinh nghiệm sẽ được đào tạo
- Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu chứng từ, có thể trao đổi công việc qua mail và chat biết tiếng Trung là một lợi thế)
- Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng
- Có kĩ năng giao tiếp ứng xử tốt, biết thiết lập và duy trì mối quan hệ trong công việc
- Có khả năng chịu được áp lực cao, cẩn thận, nhiệt tình và có trách nhiệm trong công việc. Có tinh thần đồng đội, làm việc nhóm hiệu quả, tôn trọng cấp trên và đồng nghiệp.
