1. Requirements and skills

  • At least 1 year of related experience of creating content for Mobile App/Web App;
  • Thorough understanding of user interface design, information architecture and data;
  • Love writing and structuring language to respond to audience needs;
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English;
  • Highly detailoriented and analytical about what makes things better;

We are looking for UX strategist to join our product team. Joining us, you will have a chance to build the first marketplace in Vietnam with so much technology challenge. As a developer, you will be involved in building products to enable an excellent experience.

What you will do:

1. UX Writing (60%):

  • Analyze and plan the content flows for all KiotViet services & products: Selling, Purchasing, Inventory and Store Management;
  • Draft and edit content for interface: Feature names, buttons, notifications, instructions ;
  • Build product glossary to ensure naming alignment for KiotViet ecosystem;
  • Follow directions and principles of UX Writing, Branding Writing to ensure consistency for KiotViet ecosystem.

2. UX Development (40%)

  • Analyze user needs and behaviors; Research competitors or best practice UX patterns;
  • Collaborate with UI Designers and Product Owners to design and guide user behavior and experience;
  • Participate in building Content Guidelines and CMS for various products in KiotViet ecosystem.
