**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: triệu VNĐ)
- Làm việc trực tiếp với khách để tư vấn và định hướng thiết kế cho khách hàng
- Phân công và quản lý công việc của các thành viên, chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng và tiến độ thiết kế của cả team
- Đưa ra ý tưởng và định hướng mục tiêu công việc cho nhân sự trong phòng
- Cùng với team Creative Idea nghiên cứu và định hướng triển khai các xu hướng thiết kế mới
- Báo cáo công việc theo tuần và tháng
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Ban giám đốc

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

- Tham gia các hoạt động của công ty :sinh nhật, team building
- Làm việc từ T2 đến T7. Sáng : 8h00 - 12h00, chiều 13h00 - 17h00

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Độ tuổi: 25-40.
- Kinh nghiệm: 2 năm kinh nghiệm thiết kế và ít nhất 1 năm ở vị trí tương đương
- Tốt nghiệp đại học các ngành liên quan: Mỹ thuật, thiết kế đồ họa, tạo dáng công nghiệp.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm: Illustrator, corel, Acrobat, photoshop
- Ưu tiên các bạn làm trong môi trường Agency, các bạn có kinh nghiệm thiết kế bao bì
- Có tư duy thẩm mĩ, khả năng sáng tạo, thường xuyên cập nhật các xu hướng thiết kế mới.
- Khả năng giao tiếp tốt
- Chịu được áp lực cao, kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt
- Kĩ năng lập kế hoạch, bảng biểu rõ ràng
- Có khả năng quản lý và đào tạo đội nhóm
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản
