Về Design Team

Design Team chịu trách nhiệm đưa ý tưởng sáng tạo thành các thiết kế hoàn chỉnh trên sản phẩm. Nhóm làm việc trực tiếp với bộ phận Creative Idea để nhận ý tưởng.

Đây là cơ hội cho các bạn trẻ không ngại thử thách bản thân, muốn tạo ra dấu ấn riêng của mình trong lĩnh vực mới đầy tiềm năng.

Bạn sẽ
- Thiết kế đồ họa trên các sản phẩm như cốc, áo thun, canvas,..
- Quản lý chất lượng, phân công công việc và quản lý tiến độ của các thành viên của team product design (POD Designer và Digital Artist)
- Báo cáo tình hình công việc hàng tuần
- Làm việc với leader các team liên quan để đưa ra những đối mới cần thiết cho công việc
- Thường xuyên cập nhập tình hình thị trường và đối thủ. Cùng với team Creative Idea nghiên cứu và định hướng triển khai các xu hướng thiết kế mới
- Tuyển dụng, đào tạo, phát triển năng lực team member

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

Annual travelling
- Mức lương cạnh tranh: 15 triệu - 20 triệu + phụ cấp

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Kỹ năng:

- Tối thiểu 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thiết kế POD
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý nhóm
- Có hiểu biết sâu và khả năng phân tích về các nguyên tắc thiết kế (font chữ, màu sắc, bố cục)
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt. Có khả năng trình bày suy nghĩ, ý tưởng, thiết kế của mình cho team và các bên liên quan
- Có tinh thần tự học hỏi mạnh mẽ, khả năng thích ứng nhanh với sự thay đổi.
- Thẩm mỹ và tư duy thiết kế sáng tạo, cởi mở, thường xuyên cập nhật các xu hướng thiết kế mới.
