**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
**ĐỐI VỚI LEVEL JUNIOR**:

- Tham gia chương trình Đào tạo nhân viên mới: Đào tạo chuyên sâu, tổng thời gian đào tạo 2 tháng để chuẩn bị các kiến thức và hoàn thiện kỹ năng trước khi tham gia vào dự án, với các nội dung bao gồm: kiến thức về Database, Lập trình hướng đối tượng, quy trình phát triển phần mềm, quản lý rủi ro
- Tham gia phát triển phần mềm cho các hệ thống và giải pháp công nghiệp của tập đoàn Toshiba trong các lĩnh vực: Năng lượng, Hệ thống & Giải pháp Cơ sở Hạ tầng, Thiết bị Điện tử và Lưu trữ, Giải pháp IoT trong Công nghiệp.
- Được yêu cầu tham gia đầy đủ quá trình phát triển phần mềm từ phân tích thiết kế, lập trình đến kiểm thử chất lượng phần mềm.

**ĐỐI VỚI LEVEL MIDDLE/ SENIOR**:

- Điều tra & thu thập kiến thức về công nghệ mới & lĩnh vực kinh doanh công nghiệp mới để xác định giải pháp phần mềm và/hoặc tiến hành kỹ thuật phần mềm dành riêng cho lĩnh vực.
- Chịu trách nhiệm triển khai, tùy chỉnh, bảo trì và gỡ lỗi giải pháp phần mềm.
- Đóng góp cho test plan & test design; Chịu trách nhiệm phát triển và thực hiện các trường hợp thử nghiệm đơn vị nếu được yêu cầu.
- Đánh giá sản phẩm về công việc được thực hiện bởi các thành viên trong nhóm
- Đóng góp vào việc tích hợp hệ thống, sửa lỗi do khách hàng hoặc nhóm kiểm thử báo cáo.
- Đào tạo & huấn luyện các thành viên cấp dưới về phát triển công nghệ phần mềm nếu được yêu cầu.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**ĐỐI VỚI LEVEL JUNIOR**:

- Tốt nghiệp **Đại học** các chuyên ngành **Điện tử Viễn thông, Điện, Tự động hóa, Khoa học Máy tính, Công nghệ Thông tin hoặc tương đương trong lĩnh vực phát triển phần mềm**:

- **Có kiến thức vững chắc về C/C++**:

- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí C/C++ Developer/ Engineer trước đó là điểm cộng.

**ĐỐI VỚI LEVEL MIDDLE/ SENIOR**:

- Tốt nghiệp **Đại học** các chuyên ngành **Điện tử Viễn thông, Điện, Tự động hóa, Khoa học Máy tính, Công nghệ Thông tin** hoặc tương đương trong **lĩnh vực phát triển phần mềm**:

- Kinh nghiệm thực tế **ít nhất 06 tháng liên tục** về phát triển, **bảo trì và gỡ lỗi phần mềm với ứng dụng C/C++ ở mức độ chuyên nghiệp, sử dụng STL, con trỏ, đa luồng, đa tiến trình, cấu trúc dữ liệu, lập trình socket ,**:

- **Kinh nghiệm & kiến thức thực hành về OOP (có kinh nghiệm về OOAD là một lợi thế)**:

- Kiến thức vững chắc về khoa học máy tính và kỹ thuật phần mềm
- Tiếng Anh khá, có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu
- Có kinh nghiệm lập trình trên Linux là một lợi thế.
- **Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm với nguyên lý SOLID, design pattern như singleton, abstract factory**:

- Hiểu biết/kinh nghiệm về quá trình phát triển phần mềm là một lợi thế.
- Làm việc theo nhóm, cởi mở, gắn bó lâu dài & năng động;
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và liên cá nhân rất tốt với khách hàng và các thành viên dự án;
- Thích ứng nhanh với domain mới, sẵn sàng làm việc & nghiên cứu công nghệ mới;
- Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao.
- Tiếng Nhật: Biết tiếng Nhật LÀ MỘT LỢI THẾ
