International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international group in the fields of luxury retail company.


Job Summary:

  • Coordinate with global and local counterparts across three divisions (Fashion, Watches and Fine Jewellery, Fragrance & Beauty) and corporationrelated assets from accepting requests to delivering expected results.
  • Own and manage content for the website and digital platforms, including social media channels, displays, and online videos.
  • Coordinate with local teams to align, translate and deliver relevant assets, including brochures, EDMs, and campaign videos.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate
  • For original EN text: work with relevant departments to finetune Vietnamese translation proposals.
  • For Vietnamese text already converted from existing materials: proofread, edit content, and propose to relevant departments for alignment.
  • Manage
  • Revise and validate copy in accordance with brand's tonality and artistic requirements for local market.
  • Manage
to ensure the quality and consistency of all types of copywriting across divisional levels, throughout all stages of a project from back-end assets to web check post-go-live.

  • Inspect, and report technical and performance issues of the website to the regional helpdesk, ensuring a smooth and comprehensive user experience.
  • Communicate
  • Work effectively in a bilingual environment (Vietnamese and English).
  • Confidently articulate copy and concept rationale and lead conversations with teams, vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate
  • Cooperate with internal key stakeholders to ensure the quality of copywriting.
  • Facilitate communication, collaboration, and learning across local and global teams to ensure creative and content alignment.
  • Support the Marketing team, and CRM team to deliver consistent and clientcentric content assets

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years professional copywriting experience with solid portfolio of work
  • Experience with SEO concepts and social media marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro

  • Solid interpersonal skills along with good verbal, written, and visual communication capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of local market creative, culture, sensibilities, clients, and nuances
  • Proactive and a constantly curious selfinitiated learner that is fearless in tackling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Selfmotivated and resourceful. Strong work ethics and takes pride in the quality of their work.
  • Effective organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
  • Relevant copywriting experience writing for a brand within an advertising/design agency, inhouse agency, or a combination of both.
