ESG Standard Gatherings & Climate Consulting (ESGs) provides an advanced tool to measure and analyze the carbon footprint of events and event production processes for emission reduction, facilitating the transition to eco-friendly practices.

The system helps event organizers track their carbon footprint while determining the sources of such carbon emissions. Participating in ESGs provides companies with a valuable opportunity to enhance their environmental sustainability efforts.

ESGs provide guidance for data collection, consultation for carbon reduction, mitigation or offset, auditing and certification following international standards and frameworks.


Job Overview


LinkPower and ESGs are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing/Sales Supervisor specializing in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives to join our dynamic team.

The Marketing/Sales Supervisor will be in charge of the Marketing/Sales team and support the C-Suite executives in various tasks aimed at enhancing the organization's reputation, brand equity and interactive engagement with potential clients.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with C-Suite executives to develop marketing and sales strategies aimed at promoting LinkPower and ESGs brands.
  • Support the company in searching for new clients and preparing quotes.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity across all company materials and platforms.
  • Execute marketing campaigns, including media relations, social media initiatives, and event organization, to reach wider stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts using key metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Stay informed about key events and topics related to ESG through media monitoring and participation in relevant forums.
  • Stay updated on relevant ESG regulations, guidelines, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance in all marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to maintain messaging alignment and branding consistency.
  • Manage media relations, including maintaining contact databases and cultivating relationships with clients.
  • Lead and manage the Marketing/Sales team to achieve sales targets and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote company products/services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing and sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitors' activities to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales and marketing performance for management review.
  • Continuously seek ways to optimize processes and improve sales effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Based fulltime in Ho Chi Minh City and able to travel to and work in an office environment.
  • Strong English and Vietnamese written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have obtained a relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business, or related field.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
