**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Chúng tôi tìm kiếm Technical Owner có năng lực phân tích cao và năng động để làm việc với đội ngũ để đưa ra định hướng tốt cho công nghệ để phát triển sản phẩm phục vụ khách hàng.
- Hiểu chiến lược và kết quả mong muốn của doanh nghiệp hoặc phòng ban để xây dựng sản phẩm dịch vụ CNTT phù hợp. Thiết lập và quản trị mục tiêu, đảm bảo các thành viên trong team nắm rõ mục tiêu, kế hoạch
+ Xây dựng mục tiêu cho Team
+ Phân bổ nguồn lực phù hợp cho việc xây dựng sản phẩm
+ Truyền đạt và lôi cuốn các thành viên tham gia dự án
- Cùng CTO xây dựng tiêu chuẩn cho Engineer và thiết lập sản phẩm dịch vụ có khả năng scale nhanh và ổn định.
- Thiết kế kiến trúc tổng thể hệ thống, Database, phát triển các chức năng đồng thời support các thành viên trong team
- Đánh giá giá trị của các việc cần làm, phát triển các use case và ưu tiên thứ tự stories, epics, initiatives để đảm bảo công việc tập trung vào những thứ có giá trị tối đa phù hợp với chiến lược sản phẩm
- Đề xuất các giải pháp để cải thiện hệ thống, giám sát và hướng dẫn team Dev thực hiện các giải pháp đưa ra theo kiến trúc thống nhất; Triển khai hệ thống CI/CD để áp dụng cho các sản phẩm, phối hợp với Devops team để build hạ tầng hiệu quả.
- Triển khai thiết kế, xây dựng các tính năng cho sản phẩm dịch vụ; Tham gia hỗ trợ building dự án, phân tích yêu cầu dự án, thiết kế giải pháp cho từng dự án cụ thể; Tư vấn ngược lại PO, BA về các yếu tố kỹ thuật để hoàn thiện sản phẩm.
- Tham gia xây dựng tiêu chuẩn, framework cho sản phẩm, kiến trúc CNTT
- Lên các giải pháp và kiến trúc công nghệ phù hợp với định hướng; Nghiên cứu Tech, áp dụng Tech vào các dự án nhằm mục tiêu nâng cao performance hệ thống và rút ngắn thời gian/chi phí phát triển
- Đào tạo, hướng dẫn và tuyển chọn leader, team member
- Thời gian làm việc: Thứ 2 đến Thứ 7 hàng tuần (8h-17h)

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Nam: 25-35 tuổi.
- Có tối thiểu 2 năm làm vị trí Tech lead hoặc vị trí tương đương cho hệ thống web/app system. Đã từng đảm nhận qua các công việc như: dựng source base, phân chia task cho member, review est task của member, review code (review cả coding convention và business), nghiên cứu các công nghệ mới.
- Có kinh nghiệm đào tao, huấn luyện, chia sẻ đội nhóm (ưu tiên từng quản lý team từ 20 người trở lên)
- Có kinh nghiệm làm thiết kế cho dự án
- Có kiến thức chuyên sâu về 1 trong các ngôn ngữ: PHP, Java, Golang, NodeJS,...
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với ít nhất một framework javascript như: ReactJS, VueJS, AngularJS...
- Nắm vững kiến thức về các hệ quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu SQL như MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, hoặc Oracle, và NoSQL như mongodb, redis, memcached...
- Có kiến thức vững về ORM, JavaScript OOP, OOP, nguyên lý SOLID...
- Có kiến thức tốt về AWS hoặc google cloud là lợi thế
- Hiểu biết và sử dụng thành thạo Linux, quản trị web server
- Hiểu biết và sử dụng thành thạo Nginx hoặc Apache
- Kinh nghiệm triển khai CI/CD
- Có kiến thức và hiểu biết về Ecommerce, bán lẻ, vận hành, về khách hàng... đảm bảo ở mức tư vấn ngược lại cho người dùng và các bộ phận nội bộ
