Our client is a startup fin-tech company in Vietnam who is looking for an experienced to join their team:

  • Set up a product road map that conveys strategy and progress toward the vision
  • Refine the product backlog continuously to make sure there is enough clarity and information
  • Define solutions that meet client demands in a manner that reduces production and maximizes result to build the product backlog.
  • Prioritize the product backlog often via review and modification, depending on input and knowledge
  • Monitoring development progress, assisting the development team with needs, and facilitating the delivery of the finished product
  • Ensure cooperation on the common objective by including the whole product team.
  • Develop a close relationship with your customers and track product performance to get information for ongoing development.
  • Discover and evaluate changing risks and opportunities to rapidly and accurately decide on the product.
A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, computer science, finance, or economics.

At least 3+ years of work experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in a product company Strong user story authoring, UX description, wireframe design, and business rule explanation skills Deep knowledge of the fintech industry and financial products is essential.

A solid understanding of financial concepts, banking systems, payment processing, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements is necessary to effectively navigate the fintech landscape.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential for working effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. Strong analytical skills are important for evaluating market trends, assessing product performance, and making data-informed decisions.
