This role is responsible for our marketing & brand activities of Zenyum, both Invisible aligner solutions and our consumer products range.

You are expected to be in charge of the social media channels, influencer marketing initiatives, e-commerce channels and supporting other sales channels such as affiliates, live streaming etc by ensuring the communications are on brand.

Besides, this position also collaborates with the other marketing functions to run marketing campaigns and measure the effectiveness.

We Will Trust You To:

  • Strategically localize regional campaigns or messages with a strong understanding of local customers.
  • Proactively propose, plan and run local campaigns/initiatives to deliver the brand message and ultimately the business results.
  • Champion ideas for new content and innovative ways of engaging and reaching audiences across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial function to run the ecommerce campaigns including the key sales seasonality & adhoc promotion.
  • Own the social media channels content direction & execution including ideation and content production in liaise with our inhouse team or external partners.
  • Able to initiate, collaborate, track/analyze delivery and make decision to correct and optimize.
  • Independently run smallscale projects with different stakeholders under supervision and support of the Head of Marketing.
  • Explore and identify opportunities for brand partnerships to drive growth and brand exposure.
  • Control the given MKT budget, update/report on a weekly/monthly basis and ensure spending efficiency.

We'd love to see:

  • Have 3 years of experience in social/digital marketing and content development; FMCG/Health & Beauty/Cosmetics/Ecommerce/Tech/Online businesses/Digital product experience preferred.
  • Strong campaign management & storytelling skills with proven ability to produce clear, engaging narrative.
  • Solid project & time management skills and handson experience, especially ecommerce quick turnaround lead time.
  • Good data analytical skills across platforms including digital media, web/app behavioural data and CRM.
  • Update to date social media trend & digital media (awareness/lead generation/performance etc) knowledge is a plusAbility to communicate and write effectively across a variety of media in English with multiple stakeholders is required.
  • Curious and creative in testing out new things with a growth hacking mentality.
  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and working in a fast paced environment.
