Job description:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Odoo.
  • Perform system configuration, customization, and data migration tasks to optimize Odoo's performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems within the Odoo ecosystem.
  • Ensure the implementation of best practices and coding standards in Odoo development.
  • Keep uptodate with the latest Odoo developments, versions, and community contributions.

Your skills and experience:

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
-
At least 5 years experience as an Odoo Developer with a strong portfolio of Odoo projects.

  • Proficiency in Python programming language and strong knowledge of the Odoo framework.
  • Experience in customizing and extending Odoo modules, workflows, and business processes.
  • Good at logical thinking to customize and modify the Odoo process.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, version control systems, and issuetracking tools.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and an ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Odoo certification(s) or relevant certificates or course completion
  • Experience with integrating Odoo with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ecommerce platforms, Einvoice software). Especially CRM, Sales and accounting module experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL database management.
  • Previous experience in working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., React, ) is a plus.
