**1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**:

- Lên kế hoạch/phân bổ các task theo từng sprint cho các thành viên trong team
- Research các công nghệ để áp dụng vào sản phẩm
- Trao đổi/Brainstorm với các thành viên trong team để giải quyết vấn đề
- Làm việc với các team (BA, Tester) để làm rõ các vấn đề về nghiệp vụ
- Đào tạo nhân viên mới, quản lý giúp phát triển các thành viên trong team
- Phát triển các tính năng theo nhu cầu của doanh nghiệp

**2. YÊU CẦU**:
**Về Chuyên môn**
- Level: Mid, Senior. Có trên 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Backend (Nodejs)
- Đã làm việc với 1 trong các framework/Library của Nodejs như: Expressjs, Nestjs,..
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với 1 trong các database: Mongodb, postgres,...
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các kiến trúc như: Monolithic, Microservices, Multi Tenant,....
- Có kinh nghiệm xử lý các sự cố phát sinh trên môi trường Production

**Về Kỹ năng, tinh thần**:

- Nhiệt huyết, năng động, không ngại khó khăn
- Có khả năng độc lập tự giải quyết vấn đề và brainstorm với các thành viên trong team để tìm ra cách giải quyết vấn đề phù hợp
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc mới mô hình Agile/Scrum để quản lý công việc
- Đã từng làm ở vị trí quản lý (Backend Leader) là một lợi thế
- Mindset mở, không bảo thủ khi tiếp cận các vấn đề
