As a Senior Digital Marketer specializing in New Product launches, Landing Page optimization, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, SEO and Facebook Ads, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions for our new products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives and leverage various digital channels to maximize reach and impact.


Responsibilities:

Facebook / Zalo Ads Management:

Create and manage Facebook/ Zalo advertising campaigns across various formats (e.g., carousel, video, canvas) to drive traffic and conversions.

Utilize Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant tools to set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns.

Conduct audience segmentation and targeting to reach the most relevant audiences.

TikTok Ads Management:

Develop and execute TikTok advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Stay updated on TikTok advertising trends and best practices to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting and creative elements to achieve KPIs.

New Product Launch Strategy:

Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for new product launches, including defining target audience, positioning, messaging, and campaign objectives.


Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to understand product features, benefits, and USPs to effectively communicate to the target audience.

Implement pre-launch, launch, and post-launch digital marketing activities to drive product adoption and sales.

SEO and Google AdsDevelop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to client websites.

Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

Manage Google Ads campaigns from setup to optimization, including keyword selection, ad copywriting, bid management, and A/B testing.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.

Landing Page Optimization:

Lead the optimization of landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.

Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with design and development teams to implement changes and enhancements.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze key performance metrics for all digital marketing initiatives

Generate regular reports to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign strategies and budget allocation.

Requirements:

  • 23 years of experience in Paid Ad Marketing
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
  • Good written communication skills
  • Detailedoriented and organized
  • High energy selfstarter with a cando attitude, and ability to learn quickly and work in a hypergrowth environment
  • Be aggressive with goals
  • Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking
  • Hardworking, committed and able to work under pressure
