What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis;
  • Maintain systems processes and deliver status reports;
  • Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of realtime data;
  • Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels;
  • Create and implement precise management plans for every project with attention to transparent communication at all levels;
  • Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (e.g, sales, finance, security, compliance, etc.) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative manner;
  • Perform and communicate quality assurance at every stage of systems development;
  • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability;
  • Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration
  • Respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
Requirements and Skills

  • 3+ years of proven experience in business analysis in a systems development capacity;
  • Knowledge of market and costbenefit analysis and analysis of product lines;
  • Strong practical experience generating process documentation and reports;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to develop and monitor data quality metrics to ensure business data and reporting needs are met;
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights;
  • Experience with project management software such as Jira and Confluence as well as good understanding of the Agile philosophy.
