Senior Industrial Leasing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing and overseeing the leasing activities of ICCK's industrial division including Chinese, Korean,
  • Japanese, and local Vietnamese desks
  • Generating leasing inquiries and closing deals thereby setting an example for the leasing team.
  • Managing the leasing team (34 individuals initially) to set sales targets and motivating the team to ensure these targets are achieved.
  • Business development and networking with prospective tenants, business associations, and brokers.
  • Reviewing and providing inputs for new projects under acquisition and during design stage.
  • Reporting to the Industrial Director and ICCK's management team regarding all key leasing matters of the industrial division.
  • Willing and able to travel throughout the central and southern regions of Vietnam when required.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Industrial Deputy Director.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor of Business Administration.
  • Real estate specific education is a plus.
  • Ideally with education and/or work experience overseas.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English well.

Skills/Experience:

  • 57 years of continuous experience in similar role and/or experience in the industrial real estate sector.
  • Ability to meet annual targets and perform well under pressure.
  • Advanced skills with MS Word, Power Point, and Excel.
  • Willing and able collaborator and good ability to work in teams.
