Senior Credit Risk Management Specialist

A. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop credit risk management policies aligned with the company's risk management strategy.
  • Assist in establishing, implementing, and evaluating risk policies, regulations, and credit approval processes based on credit scoring for various sales channels and products.
  • Participate in developing and implementing lending policies for partners through credit scoring and automated lending processes.
  • Operate credit risk policies.
  • Monitor credit risk requirements on the LOS system.
  • Contribute to building assessment tools and fraud prevention measures.
  • Monitor and report on internal credit scoring systems, third-party credit scoring systems, and portfolio quality to optimize credit scoring systems.
  • Evaluate and implement new technology solutions (OCR, Telco score, e-signing contracts) into credit decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to establish/test UAT systems for new credit policies.
  • Analyze and evaluate credit approval quality indicators to propose appropriate credit policies.
  • Manage portfolio risks by developing early warning systems and proposing portfolio optimization solutions.
  • Analyze and report on portfolio quality by product and sales channel to propose appropriate risk policies.
  • Analyze credit portfolios to identify and alert on the quality of debt recovery and non-performing loans (NPL).
  • Develop risk alert systems including indicators and threshold levels for indicators such as disbursement, loan quality, credit portfolio, payments, and NPL.
  • Develop and manage credit risk portfolio data.
  • Develop and operate risk monitoring and alert indices to implement risk mitigation plans in lending activities.
  • Conduct market analysis to propose industry risk alerts for credit direction.
  • Analyze and propose opinions on new product proposals and projects related to Credit Risk Management.

Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)

Workplace: 3 Nguyen Co Thach Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City

 

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or Risk Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in equivalent positions.
  • Problem analysis, synthesis, and processing.
  • Proficiency in statistics, quantitative methods, and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, etc.).
  • Alertness to risks.
