Job Responsibilities
- Work directly with international clients to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze business processes and propose effective solutions to meet customer needs.
- Prepare and maintain project documents such as BRD, SRS, User Stories, Functional Specifications, and process flows.
- Support requirement clarification, UAT, and change request management.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions with clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to improving BA processes and project documentation quality.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
- Experience working with international clients or global projects in IT Outsourcing field.
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, business analysis, and documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories).
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good English communication skills (working directly with clients).
Nice to Have
- Experience in domains such as Banking, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, E-commerce, or Manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, API, or system integration.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar collaboration tools.
