• Design, review, and continuously improve HR policies and internal procedures to ensure they are fair, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
• Partner with department heads to plan and structure teams effectively, supporting organizational design as the company scales.
• Workforce planning: Forecast headcount and talent needs, and work closely with the HRTA (Talent Acquisition) team to ensure the right people are hired at the right time.
• Develop and drive training and development programs that build capability across all levels of the organization.
• Performance management: Drive the performance review cycle end-to-end, support managers in setting clear goals/OKRs, and coach on handling underperformance cases.
• Employee relations: Act as a trusted listening ear for employees, handle grievances and conflicts fairly, and safeguard engagement and retention across the team.
• Own employee engagement initiatives — from culture-building activities to feedback mechanisms — to strengthen team cohesion and retention.
• Talent development & succession planning: Identify high-potential employees, and build training and succession plans to ensure business continuity in key roles.
• Policy & C&B implementation: Partner with relevant Centers of Excellence (COE) to translate compensation, benefits, and promotion policies into practical application within your assigned business unit.
• Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for both local and expat employees, helping bridge cultural and communication gaps where needed.
• Partner closely with leadership and line managers to translate business goals into practical HR solutions.
• Support change management initiatives as the organization evolves.
• Monitor HR metrics (engagement, turnover, training effectiveness, etc.) and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership. 🔻 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR / workforce management, with hands-on experience in policy development, organizational design, training program development, and employee engagement.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken — this role requires daily communication with an international team.
• Prior experience working in a foreign-invested or multinational company is a strong advantage, particularly experience collaborating with expat employees.
• Solid understanding of labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to build trust and relationships across all levels of an organization — from frontline staff to senior leadership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
