Job Responsibilities 1.
Technical Support

- Provide technical support for EV charging products, including AC chargers, DC fast chargers, charging modules, and related systems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, software, communication, and network-related issues during installation, commissioning, and operation.
- Support customers and internal teams in resolving technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Handle technical inquiries and provide remote or on-site technical support when required. 2.
Installation & Commissioning

- Support the installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of EV charging equipment at customer sites.
- Conduct system configuration and functional testing to ensure chargers operate properly.
- Assist with troubleshooting communication protocols, network connectivity, and charging platform integration.
- Prepare commissioning reports and technical documentation. 3.
Software & Platform Support

- Support the testing and troubleshooting of charger software and firmware versions.
- Perform software/firmware version testing and assist in identifying and reporting product issues.
- Support the integration between charging stations, backend platforms, OCPP, and other third-party systems.
- Collect, analyze, and report technical issues to R&D and product teams for further investigation. 4.
Customer & Internal Coordination

- Communicate with customers, distributors, project teams, and R&D teams to understand and resolve technical problems.
- Provide technical training and product demonstrations when required.
- Follow up on technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare technical reports, troubleshooting records, and other related documents. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support, field service, commissioning, preferably in the EV charging, new energy, or power electronics industry .
- Basic knowledge of EV charging systems, AC/DC charging technology, power electronics, or electrical systems.
- Familiarity with OCPP, TCP/IP, CAN, Modbus, or other communication protocols is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting, including IP configuration, routers, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet.
- Experience with software/firmware testing and issue troubleshooting is preferred.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and willing to travel to customer/project sites when required.
- Good command of English for technical communication; Chinese is a plus.
