Job Description
RHS Job Title Crew Lead /Cookie Lead
Job Description
Cookie Lead $17.00 per hour As a Cookie Lead you will assist the FTE Bakers in managing all cookie operations. You will help make sure the sites are running efficiently and effectively in the absence of a Bakers. You will be expected to deal with issues and concerns as they arise. It is your job to help lead, manage, and making sure operations run at their very best. Typical Duties May Include
- Help run a shift including, stocking products, handling cookie issues, organizing inventory, evaluating recipe conditions, etc.
- Lead deep cleaning projects to ensure the highest level of quality
- Ensure project lists for staff members to complete, follow up on project status
- Knowing how to break down all areas of the cookie machine.
- Collecting supplies utensils etc.
- All shifts are scheduled per the needs of the operation. Your shifts may not total the maximum hours allowed. Required Qualifications
- Be enrolled as a student at Michigan State University (during academic year)
- Demonstrated commitment to outstanding quality
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and be positive and respectful, especially when working with a diverse population
- Be able to lead and motivate a team
- Be able to work early mornings, and Sundays.
- Must be able to work 12-15 hours a week
- Please note that you may have a start time as early as 4 am Preferred Qualifications
