- The team lead guides the project teams in Saigon
- The team lead has a good understanding of the current projects
- The team lead is responsible for the delivery of the projects being created in Saigon Cultures

- 6+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft .
NET (C#, , .
NET Core).
- Experience working with Azure.
- Experience working with GitHub or Azure DevOps.
- Experience working with SQL databases.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude, OpenAI
- Experience building Skill and Agents
- Experience MCP
- Experience in frontend application development: Blazor, ReactJS (Nice to have). Other
- The candidate speaks very well English.
- The candidate has good communications skill.
- The candidate takes ownership and responsibility.
- The candidate asks questions to ensure he/ she understands tasks.
