Job Description
As an Account Manager (Outsourcing Service Accountant), your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Managing payroll processes and employee expense reports.
- Supporting audits and preparing necessary documentation.
- Providing financial insights to aid decision-making processes. The Successful Applicant A Successful Account Manager (Outsourcing Service Accountant) Should Have
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant accounting background, preferably with exposure to Australian accounting standards or clients.
- Familiarity with Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks is a strong advantage.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
