Position: QA Manual Tester (Junior/Middle/Senior)

Location:
 Handico Tower, Pham Hung, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi Language: Good English (client-facing) — required

Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases across web and API Testing
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing.
- Design and execute test cases for data migration: source-to-target reconciliation, field-level mapping, data integrity and completeness.
- Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Collaborate with QA Lead to analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Ensure test data is managed effectively and test environments are properly configured.

Requirements:
 Must have
- Experience testing data migration projects: record counts, field-level mapping, transformation rules, and large data sets.
- Working SQL for data validation and reconciliation.
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience with test case management tools (e.g., SQUASH TM, JIRA, TestRail)
- Knowledge of defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, ...)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Performance Testing, Security Testing
- Hands-on automation skills with Playwright or Cypress
