Company Description
Founded in Ho Chi Minh City in 1993, ROSACO began as an M&E construction contractor and has progressively expanded into real estate investment, development, head leasing, and property operations. Its experience delivering international-standard building systems across many of the city’s prestigious high-rise and public sector projects gives it a technical strength that few property companies can match.
Since 2005, ROSACO has invested in and operated the Saigon Finance Center (SFC) Building in District 1, in cooperation with a company under the Ministry of National Defence. For over two decades, ROSACO has head leased properties from public and private owners, including its own headquarters building.
Recent changes in land regulations have opened new opportunities in District 1 and along the Saigon River. ROSACO is now pursuing long-term head leasing partnerships on high-profile developments that require completion, upgrading, rebranding, or repositioning, with a particular focus on hospitality.
Role Description
