About the role
SHAREWORK is looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Executive with English and Japanese language skills to support shipment coordination, warehouse operations and on-time delivery.

Key responsibilities
• Allocate inventory and provide shipment instructions to the warehouse operations team in Japan.
• Coordinate shipment bookings and export documentation with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Execute outbound logistics transactions and generate shipping documents in SAP.
• Coordinate shipment schedules, forecasts and delivery updates with global stakeholders.
• Monitor urgent and priority shipments to support on-time delivery.
• Check SAP transaction errors, prepare reports and support process improvements. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field; or a Japanese language qualification with supply chain experience.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to communicate in both English and Japanese.
• Knowledge of ERP systems; experience with SAP is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits
