About the job SKYDEV is a Vietnam software company who always understands the demands of customers and the market. With experience working in real estate development and foreign business, we help our partners/clients to save time, manage their business by offer them a fully PropTech System Web & Mobile App. Our product can support real estate developers and agencies to manage their properties, their sales and also host events for their clients.

Job Description
• Step-by-step training to become a Backend Developer using technologies such as JavaScript, NodeJS, NestJS, SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, ElasticSearch, etc.).
• Participate directly in real projects: understand requirements, analyze, develop systems, and apply new technologies.
• Join in code review activities and learn from experienced developers.
• Opportunity to become a full-time employee with a competitive salary after 3 months, with long-term career development prospects

Requirements:
• Final-year student or recent graduate (within 1 year) majoring in Information Technology or a related field. Available to work full-time (40 hours/week).
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or .
NET.
• Programming mindset, strong logical thinking, and system analysis skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new programming languages and technologies.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Familiarity with: JavaScript, NestJS, or .
NET; Database design: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB; OOP, MVC architecture, and Design Patterns.
• Experience building a personal website or app is a strong plus (please include GitHub or project links in your CV).
• Knowledge of Git, databases, and RESTful APIs is an advantage.
• Ability to read technical documents in English; English communication skills are a big plus.
