📍 We’re Hiring | Recruitment Specialist (TA Specialsit) ZIM Academy is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and support the growth of our talent network across Sales, Academic and Back Office functions. 🔍 What You’ll Do
• Source and build candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring processes with Hiring Managers.
• Manage candidate information and recruitment reports.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Continuously improve sourcing and recruitment approaches. 🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1+ year of recruitment experience, with Mass Recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic English communication.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to develop in Talent Acquisition. 🎁

• 12–22M VND Gross/month + KPI Bonus + Recruitment Bonus
