• Prioritize dropship or other low inventory risk models for the company.
• Coordinate onboarding: legal documents, product catalog, pricing, images, warehouse setup, marketplace listing. 2. Brand operation strategy
• Design the right operating model for each brand (dropship, consignment, outright purchase) and the Brand–Ecom coordination workflow.
• Build monthly/quarterly business plans per brand: hero assortment, pricing, promotions, stock.
• Finalize deal lists for Mega, Brand Day and Livestream sessions; adjust plans based on actual performance.
• Analyze brand performance (sales, GMV, margin, sell-through, inventory) and recommend actions: push, hold or cut. 3. Brand relationship management
• Act as the main point of contact for brands: regular meetings, performance reporting, issue resolution.

• Network or direct experience with fashion and/or cosmetics brands.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills; comfortable with numbers (GMV, GM, sell-through, inventory).

• Has built a brand operating model from scratch (dropship, consignment).
• Experience managing a small team.
• Good English communication; able to work with international brands.
