Job Description
• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data architecture, building scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms.
• Define end-to-end data architecture covering data ingestion, storage, processing, integration, governance, and analytics across cloud environments.
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support enterprise reporting, BI, advanced analytics, and AI/ML workloads.
• Architect modern data platforms using Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Data Vault, and Medallion Architecture.
• Design data architecture to support AI/ML and GenAI solutions, including data pipelines and data foundations for model training, inference, and RAG applications.
• Evaluate and modernize legacy data platforms, defining migration strategies toward cloud-native architectures.
• Establish standards for data integration, metadata management, data quality, security, and governance.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive architecture reviews, define technical standards, and promote best practices across Data Engineering projects.
• Optimize platform scalability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and contribute to solution proposals for enterprise customers. Job

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform, Data Warehouse, or related disciplines, with hands-on experience designing enterprise data architecture.
• Strong understanding of modern Data Architecture principles, including Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Mesh, Data Vault, and Medallion Architecture.
• Extensive experience in data modeling (Conceptual, Logical, and Physical) and enterprise data integration patterns.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse Analytics, Amazon Redshift, or equivalent technologies.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks, metadata management, data governance, data quality, and security best practices.
• Experience designing data architecture for analytics, reporting, AI/ML, or GenAI applications.
• Prefer candidates with practical experience applying AI/ML or GenAI to enterprise use cases, such as RAG, AI-powered analytics, or AI-ready data platforms.
• Familiarity with modern data engineering technologies such as Spark, Databricks, dbt, Airflow, or cloud-native orchestration tools is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills, with the ability to work directly with international customers and global delivery teams.
